Export content from OpenCampus

Important: action required - export content from OpenCampus before Friday 27th June 2025

The HYMS MB BS Programme will transition to the MyProgress platform for student portfolios and workplace-based assessments, effective from the 2025/2026 academic year. This change will replace the current OpenCampus platform which will be decommissioned in July 2025.

MB BS students (Y1-Y5) must therefore export any data they wish to retain from OpenCampus before Friday 27th June 2025. After this date, data within OpenCampus will no longer be accessible.

Please note that it is not mandatory to export your data from OpenCampus. However, if you wish to retain data from any of the individual forms you have submitted (reflections, case based discussions etc.) for your own records then you will need to export these by following the process below.

Guide Overview

This guide will explain how to save and download a PDF version of content viewed in a browser. This is how content can be exported from the OpenCampus platform. Please follow the instructions detailed in this guide if you are an MB BS student and you wish to retain a copy of your OpenCampus content for your own records. Please contact help@hyms.ac.uk if you require further assistance.
