The HYMS IT Support Office is centrally supported by York University IT Services. It is your first point of call for all HYMS IT queries. We provide friendly and helpful support and advice to students and staff in the following areas:
- IT account access
- printing and scanning
- connecting to WiFi
- connecting to email
- software provision
- file storage
- working remotely
- information security
- Issues with York managed hardware
