OpenCampus Phase I Portfolio: completing an End of Block reflection form

This article will explain how to complete a Phase I clinical skills or clinical placement end of block reflection form.

What is an end of block reflection form?

At the end of each block you are required to complete an overall reflection on both your clinical skills sessions and your clinical placements. The aim of this form is for you to reflect on the progress you have made throughout the block and to identify points to work on in the next block.

The end of block reflection form will be released (in your OpenCampus Portfolio) at the same time as the final weekly reflection form for each block. You have two weeks to complete your end of block reflection and after this period the reflection will be marked as overdue.

Please be aware that your identified ‘points to work on in the next block’ will be visible to you and your tutor on the next end of block form.

Your clinical skills and clinical placement tutors will have access to these reflections but are not required to action anything. However, they may be discussed in your clinical skills and clinical placement review meetings.

To complete an end of block reflection, please see the following simple steps.
