Following the weekend upgrade (18th/19th April 2026), some students have experienced issues with forms completed in the app not syncing to the online system. Instead of syncing to the online system, these forms have been saved in the Ready to Sync folder.
The Learning Enhancement and Support team has been working closely with the software provider to resolve this issue. An app update will be released over the weekend (of the 25th/26th April), which should allow these forms to successfully sync to the online system.
Once you have updated the app (you need to be on v8.11), please follow the steps below to sync forms saved in the Ready to Sync folder:
- Open the Ready to Sync folder and swipe left on the form.

- Select the blue Draft button.

- A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to move the form to Drafts. Select Ok. This will move the form from the Ready to Sync folder to the Drafts folder.

- Go to the Drafts folder and click on the form to open it.


- Scroll to the bottom of the form and select Submit. This will submit the form to the online system. You should get a Green success message once the form has been submitted.
- Finally, log in to the online system to confirm that the form has synced successfully.
