Guide overview
This guide will provide an overview of the MB BS Phase 1 PBL/CS Peer Review process. It will explain how a PBL / CS tutor can review the Peer Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours forms, complete the Tutor Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours form, and release peer feedback to each student.
The steps in this guide will need to be repeated for each student in your PBL / CS group for the relevant PBL /CS Peer Review instance.

Step 1: Review the Peer Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours forms

- Once logged into MyProgress, select the dashboard icon form the left-hand menu on the homepage.
- Then select students.

- The dashboard view of all students will then display. Select the relevant PBL / Clinical Skills group from the drop-down search menu.

- Select an individual student.

- Then select the student’s portfolio overview.

- Then select the relevant Peer Review instance.

- The Peer Review tabs will then display.

- To check if the student has submitted feedback for their peers, select view peers on the Peer Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours tab.

- A pop out window will appear. This will list all the peers this student needed to provided feedback for. It will also state if feedback has been completed. In this example, all feedback has been provided.

- Click on the Peer Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours tab. A summary table and list of responses will display below the tab. From here you can access each feedback form submitted by the student’s peers about them, as well as the student’s own self-assessment form.

- Click on a completed response to see detailed content from a form.

- You can now discuss the content of the Peer Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours forms during your meeting with the student.
Step 2: Complete the Tutor Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours form

- To provide tutor feedback click on create new on the Tutor Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours form tab.

- Complete all fields on the form.

- As mentioned above, you can save draft content of the form by selecting save and close draft from the top right-hand corner. You may wish to do this if you are preparing content ahead of the meeting with the student. You will be redirected back to the Tutor Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours tab. Select the drop-down option on complete new to be taken back to your draft form.
When you are happy with the content of the form, select submit in the top right-hand corner.- Confirm a second time that you are happy with your submission.

- You will be redirected back to the Tutor Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours tab and a brief ‘successfully submitted’ message will appear in the bottom right-hand corner.

- Click on the Tutor Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours tab to view the submitted form. As mentioned above, your tutor feedback will be visible to the student straight away.

Step 3: Release peer feedback to the student

Option 1: Bulk release peer feedback to a student.
- Bulk release responses by selecting release responses from the Peer Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours tab.

- Confirm again you wish to release content. Ensure you are happy to release content as you cannot undo this action.

- A ‘successfully released’ message will appear in the bottom right-hand corner.

- The student will now be able to access feedback from their peers.
Option 2: Individually release peer feedback to a student.

- Click on the Peer Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours tab. Click on a completed feedback response from one of the student’s peers.

- Select the release this response option in the top right-hand corner of the form. Ensure you are happy to release content as you cannot undo this action and will not be prompted to confirm a second time.

- The student will now be able to access the feedback from their peer.
- Click on the Peer Assessment of Student Professional Behaviours tab. Click on a completed feedback response from one of the student’s peers.
