You can now book a 1-1 appointment with a member of the Learning Enhancement and Business System Team. Appointments will be available at various times throughout the week.
To ensure you speak to the correct person in the team, we have separated (on the booking form) the services each team offer. A breakdown of the support each team provides can be found below:
- IT Support – The IT Team will be able to provide support and guidance on the following systems: Office365, Teams, Account issues and Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Technology Enhanced Learning – The Technology Enhanced Learning Team will be able to provide support and guidance on the following systems: Blackboard, OpenCampus, Mentimeter and Echo360.
- Business Systems – The Business Systems Team will be able to provide support and guidance on the following HYMS systems: Timetable, Programme Database and HYMS People.
In the ‘Reason for Request’ box, please provide us with sufficient detail on what you would like to discuss in the appointment.
