HYMS MyProgress reporting dashboard

HYMS have recently launched a new reporting dashboard for MyProgress. The aim of the dashboard is to ensure students can easily track their procedural skills progress.

The dashboard is currently available to Phase II and Phase III MBBS students plus PA students.

Accessing the reporting dashboard

  1. To access the dashboard, navigate to: http://webapps.hyms.ac.uk/MKMDashBoard/
  2. Log in with your HYMS username and password.

On the dashboard, procedural skills are broken down into six categories:

  • Mandatory
  • Skills Teaching
  • SimSafe
  • Formative
  • Summative
  • Revalidation

For each procedural skill, you will be able to see how many assessments you have taken, how many assessments you have passed and whether the assessments have been accepted by the clinical skills facilitators (CSF).

A completed assessment can be in one of three states: Pending (when the assessment is waiting to be approved), Approved (when the assessment has been approved by a CSF) and Rejected (when the assessment has been rejected by a CSF). If an assessment has been rejected you can click through to MyProgress to find out why. A CSF will leave a comment on the form explaining the reason for the decision.
